Vineyard Pentecostal Church
🌿 Our Beliefs — Rooted in God’s Word, Growing in His Vineyard
At Vineyard Pentecostal Church, we are a Christ-centered fellowship of believers united by faith, love, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our foundation is the Word of God — eternal, unchanging, and life-giving. We believe that every believer is called to grow and bear fruit in God’s Vineyard through worship, prayer, and service.
What we believe shapes who we are — a community committed to living out the Gospel, sharing His love, and walking in His light every day.

Grounded in Scripture, Growing in Spirit.
“We believe in one God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and in the power of His Word to transform lives.”
God
There is but one God—eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the Almighty Creator, Savior, and Judge, sovereign over all things and working through creation and the Church to fulfill His divine purpose and glory.
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the complete and inspired Word of God — the ultimate authority for faith and life. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments are God-breathed, entirely trustworthy, and free from error.
The Father
God the Father is the source of all that is good. He initiated creation and redemption, accomplished through His Son and the Holy Spirit, revealing His everlasting love and righteousness.
The Son
Jesus Christ is God revealed in human form — born of a virgin, sinless, full of grace and truth. He died on the cross for our sins, rose again in victory, and ascended into heaven, where He intercedes for His people as Lord of all.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit brings God’s Word to life in the hearts of people, granting new birth and empowering believers. He dwells within all who believe, producing fruit, bestowing spiritual gifts, and transforming lives to reflect the image of Christ.
Salvation
Salvation is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Through His sacrificial death and resurrection, sinners are forgiven, reconciled to God, and adopted as His children to enjoy eternal life.
Water Baptism
Believers are called to water baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — symbolizing our union with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
The Church
The Universal Church is made up of all who are born of the Spirit. Locally, we are a family of believers united in worship, fellowship, prayer, and service — proclaiming the Gospel and reflecting God’s compassion and justice in the world.
Separation
We are called to live a holy life, separating ourselves from sin, false teaching, and all forms of ungodly worship that contradict Scripture.
The Lord’s Supper
We regularly partake in the Lord’s Supper to remember Christ’s death and to proclaim His coming again. It is a sacred moment of unity, reflection, and thanksgiving.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers for victorious living and ministry. The initial evidence of this experience is speaking in tongues, distinct from the gift of tongues used in the Church.
Divine Healing
Divine healing is provided through Christ’s atonement on the cross. We believe that by prayer and faith, God still heals today — restoring both body and soul according to His will.
The Ministry
God has called and equipped ministers such as Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers to build up the Church and lead believers toward maturity in Christ.
The Blessed Hope
We await the imminent, pre-millennial return of Jesus Christ — the resurrection of the dead in Christ, and the transformation of all believers who remain. This is the blessed hope of the Church and the glorious promise of eternity with Him.
The Millennial Reign
We believe in the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ, when He will return in glory, establish His Kingdom on earth, and bring salvation and peace to all nations.
The Final Judgment
Those who reject Christ remain eternally separated from God. At the Final Judgment, the unrighteous will face eternal punishment, while believers will live forever in the presence of the Lord.
The New Heaven and the New Earth
According to His promise, we look forward to “a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:13). There, we will dwell eternally in the presence of God, in joy, peace, and perfect fellowship.
Our Confession
“For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord.” — 2 Corinthians 4:5
